Amcor Signed a Contract for Acquiring Bella Prima Packaging

CHEMMONITOR.COM – Amcor (Australia) signed an agreement for buying Bella Prima Packaging (Indonesia), a flexible packaging business, for around AUD 27 million. The deal price is seven times Bella Prima’s EBIDTA for 2013.

Bella Prima includes two Jakarta facilities, which specialize in the high growth shrink sleeve, lidding and label businesses.
