Stahl Bought Clariant Leather Services Division

CHEMMONITOR.COM – Clariant (Switzerland) has sold its leather services division to leather materials and performance coatings producer Stahl (the Netherlands). Under the agreement, Clariant received 23% of shares in Stahl along with EUR 74 million in cash. The new combined entity will be the leading leather chemicals manufacturer.
