Encana Natural Gas to Sell its LNG Business to Stabilis Energy

CHEMMONITOR.COM – Stabilis Energy (the US) is going to acquire liquefied natural gas (LNG) assets of the US-based Encana Natural Gas (ENG) for the unknown sum in late April, 2014.

The acquisition of ENG’s assets involves trailers, mobile fueling units and related equipment. Moreover, Stabilis will add staff, which supplies LNG for the marine, oil, trucking and rail sectors.
