Aventine to Sell Its Facility in Mount Vernon

CHEMMONITOR.COM – Aventine Renewable Energy (the US) has sold its corn ethanol facility in Mount Vernon to the US-based Valero Energy. The facility, which produces 110 million gallons annually, is Valero’s 11th corn ethanol production unit. It will increase Valero’s annual ethanol output to 1.3 billion gallons.
