Sibur to Buy Out Rosneft Stake in Yugragaspererabotka JV

CHEMMONITOR.COM - Sibur (Russia) is going to purchase 49% share in the Yugragaspererabotka JV from Rosneft (Russia), thus escalating its interest in the JV to 100%.

Yugragaspererabotka JV includes Nyagangazpererabotka, Nizhnevartovskiy and Belozerniy plants, along with the pipeline infrastructure, which delivers gas from the compressor units. The output of the facilities totals 13.4 billion cubic meters a year.
