Jindal Poly Films Limited to Purchase Five Bi-axially Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) Production Sites

CHEMMONITOR.COM – The Indian company with HQ in New Delhi, Jindal Poly Films Limited, is going to buy polypropylene global films business of the Houston-based (US) company ExxonMobil Chemical Company (ExxonMobil).

The parties inked an agreement in late October. The transaction waits the approval from authorities.

Due to the agreement, the company will acquire five bi-axially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) manufacturing sites in North America and Europe and a technology center and offices in New York and Luxembourg.
