CHEMMONITOR.COM - Oil refiners from South Korea are intending to keep the biodiesel blending ratio at 2% in 2014, although it is called to be raised to 3% alongside with the world standards.

The current blending mandate for biodiesel is to terminate by the end of 2013. Thus, the new one is under development now.

The growth of ratio is likely to negatively influence the customers as it will boost the production costs.
