CHEMMONITOR.COM - Several government units in China call on authorities of the north China, namely territories near Beijing and Tianjin and within Hebei Province not to approve new nonferrous metals project and to accelerate shutdowns of out of date capacities. Currently, the country strives to control and regulate nonferrous metals capacity due to its air pollution control and prevention plans. In the near future, new nonferrous metals projects are likely to be unconditionally banned.
