Taiyo Vinyl Corporation Plans to Idle PVC Facility in Late June 2018

CHEMMONITOR.COM – Japanese chemical products manufacturer Taiyo Vinyl Corporation is set to idle its polyvinyl chloride (PVC) facility owing to maintenance works in 2018. The company is planning to suspend operations at the plant in late June 2018 for about thirty days.
The last maintenance works at the plant were conducted in late June 2017. The PVC facility remained shut for about a month. The plant is situated at the Osaka site in Japan and has an annual production capacity of around 160,000 metric tons.
