CHEMMONITOR.COM - Lijin Petrochemical will utilize Oleflex process (C4 Oleflex), which belongs to Honeywell UOP, for isobutylene production at the facility in Shandong province (China). The process transforms isobutane to isobutylene. C4 Oleflex secures low-cost production and leaves a small environmental footprint.

Furthermore, Lijin Petrochemical is going to use the company’s Butamer process, which converts butane into isobutene.
