NWR Plans to Further Operate Paskov Coal Mine in Czech Republic

Czech Republic-based mining company OKD, a subsidiary of a hard coal and coke producer, New World Resources Plc (NWR), concluded a contract with Czech government. The mining company is going to proceed with operations at Paskov coal mine (the Ostrava region). Prior to this, the government was going to provide about CZK 600 million or more than USD 30 million in order to cover the social costs.
