Cargill, Inc. and Technip S.A. Signed EPC Contract

CHEMMONITOR.COM - US private company Cargill, Inc. and a French engineering company Technip S.A. concluded an engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract. According to the contract, Technip is expected to provide EPC services for ethanol production plant, which will be set up in Barby (Germany). The facility is forecast to be built near the existing wheat processing facility of Cargill.

The new ethanol plant comprises fermentation and distillation units.
