CHEMMONITOR.COM - For the period from 2014 to 2040, global gasoline demand is predicted to remain flat mainly due to escalated efficiency, while global diesel demand is likely to rise by around 75% during the same period.

In the commercial vehicles market, the hike in energy demand may be balanced by considerable improvements to fuel efficiency. Abrupt growth in diesel, biodiesel and jet fuel demand is expected to result from the increase in the global commercial activity.
