CHEMMONITOR.COM – Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) November prices are on a downward trend in such Asian markets as India, Southeast Asia and China. The slump is the result of the sufficient supply. Moreover, traditionally stagnant demand during the forthcoming winter season will not push the prices up as well.

The major producer from Taiwan reduced their PVC prices in key Asian markets by around USD 41 per ton as compared to the October ones. A PVC film manufacturer in China revealed plans to obtain material from the Taiwanese trader at new prices.
