North America PVC Prices for CIS Countries Stopped Falling

CHEMMONITOR.COM - Suppliers of North America polyvinyl chloride (PVC) have been recently forced to cut prices due to a significant reduction of PVC purchases in the CIS countries. In the second half of October, prices began to decline rapidly, however, the dropping of values halted by the last week of the month.
