CHEMMONITOR.COM - The European Commission is planning to impose higher anti-dumping duties on the Southeast Asian nation and Argentina in late November. Therefore, Indonesian biodiesel producers are going to switch over to the domestic and US markets. Moreover, Indonesian biodiesel companies are apt to explore markets in West Africa and China.

Palm methyl ester (PME) exports to the European market are forecast to be decreased in the near future. Instead of PME, European manufacturers of biodiesel are going to import crude palm oil and produce PME in Europe.
