CHEMMONITOR.COM – The petrochemical market in Europe is unlikely to be on a downward trajectory in October-December of the current year. However, the consumption in the market is significantly low.

The buying spree decreased in line with an uncertain macroeconomic situation in the EU.

Nevertheless, the situation in the petchem market is not fatal and remains more or less stable.

In Q4 2012, European petchem market is expected to be weak and flat after the dip during July-September 2012.
